Product Overview
System Sensor i³ sounder and relay smoke detectors combine easy installation, intelligent operation, and instant inspection in specialty conventional devices. The plug-in design with an installer-friendly base allows fast installation, supports multiple backbox or direct-mount options, and provides ample space for pre-wiring. Detector heads attach quickly using the Stop-Drop ’N Lock mechanism.
To reduce nuisance alarms, i³ detectors include drift compensation and smoothing algorithms. When used with the C2W-MOD2A module or an i³ Ready panel, 2-wire models can provide remote maintenance or freeze trouble indication. Detector sensitivity can be quickly verified using the CSENS-RDRA reader.
